1. Provides all communications both external and internal professionally and with the good level of language skills.
2. Operates the hotel switchboard, incoming and outgoing faxes, and hotel?s paging system.
3. To be familiar with the use of equipment and telephone etiquette.
4. Records and transfers calls within the time frame indicated in Standards
5. Provides departmental telephone directory as assigned by the Senior Communication center officer.
6. Provides telephone services to guest such as wake-up calls, message taking and paging service.
7. Keeps the security of guests and all personnel?s information.
8. Informs relevant feedback from guests, outsiders and staff in the hotel to Department Heads.
9. Maintains a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local areas in order to provide guests as requested.
10. Extends fully cooperation within and between departments.
11. Provides all charges are allocated in accordance with the hotel credit policy.
12. Informs concerned supervisors events (emergency cases, accident, the failure of the system etc.)
13. Strictly follows the emergency procedures of the hotel.
14. Assists in front office, reservation, and other areas as needed.
15. Performs other duties as assigned by Communication center officer or Guest service manager.
